Managed service · Not software · Lives in Telegram

Your inbox is stealing
the business
you've already won.

Dispatch reads every email, learns your business context, and delivers a ranked morning briefing by 6 AM. Then, ask it anything — what a client said last week, which meetings need follow-up, what got rescheduled. It already knows. Because it's been paying attention.

No contracts. Cancel by text. It saves you more than it costs, or your money back.

This is what your
6 AM looks like.

Dispatch morning briefing showing color-coded priorities in Telegram

Every morning

Your briefing. Ranked by what actually matters today.

High, medium, and low priorities. Deadlines called out. Junk already gone. Thirty emails processed before you open your eyes.

Dispatch answering a question about a meeting follow-up from memory

Ask anything

It searches your history and gives you the real answer.

"What was the meeting I was supposed to follow up on?" It doesn't guess. It searches your actual conversation history and surfaces exactly what you need.

Dispatch showing it knows a meeting was rescheduled and offering to help prep

Proactive intelligence

It knew the meeting was rescheduled. Without being asked.

It connected a past conversation to an upcoming calendar event, knew the date had moved from April 30 to May 4, and offered to pull context before you walked in.

A morning, in six acts

The problem isn't
your business.
It's your inbox.

01

4,217 unread

You quit chasing inbox zero in 2024. Every Sunday you swear you'll catch up. You don't.

02

The lead that ghosted

It wasn't them. It was the message that sat three days while you got to it tomorrow.

03

The expensive first hour

Your sharpest 60 minutes go to deciding what to read — not what to do.

04

Decision fatigue by 9 AM

A hundred small judgments before your coffee's cold. No wonder you're tired.

05

The quiet leak

Invoices unsent. Renewals missed. Follow-ups forgotten. The number you'll never see.

06

Nobody remembers everything

What did that client say three weeks ago? What got rescheduled? When was the last touchpoint? You need a second brain.

How it works

Dispatch reads your inbox.
You run your company.

01

We plug into your inbox — securely, in 20 minutes

Read-only by default. Encrypted credentials. You keep the keys, the keyboard, and the kill switch. One short call together — no IT department required. Nothing touches your email without your explicit approval.

02

Every morning at 6 AM, your AI does the reading

Every email gets sorted — hot leads, replies needed, transactional, newsletters, noise. Nothing slips through. Nothing gets touched without permission. You wake up to a ranked list, not a wall of unread.

03

Ask it anything. It already knows.

Delivered to Telegram, ranked by what matters today. Then ask follow-up questions in plain language — "what did John say last week?", "which meetings need follow-up?", "what got rescheduled?" It searches your history and answers. This is your second brain, not just a filter.

04

Pro and Enterprise tiers go further

New lead? Auto-logged to your CRM. Invoice? Routed to QuickBooks. Up to 15 automations across your stack — your inbox stops being a to-do list and becomes a control room. The more context you feed it, the smarter it gets.

The math

$1,000

What a part-time VA costs to manage your inbox. Every month. Without the memory, the 6 AM briefing, or the business context.

A part-time VA runs $800–$1,500/month. They handle your inbox during business hours, take sick days, need managing, and forget what happened last quarter. Dispatch costs less, works earlier, and remembers everything.

What you actually pay

Part-time VA for inbox management$1,000+/mo
Cost of doing nothing (one missed lead)$1,200+/mo
Dispatch Basic Setup Fee$500
Dispatch Basic Monthly$250/mo

Simple pricing

Less than a VA.
Better than software.

The guarantee

It pays for itself.
If it doesn't, you get a full refund.

Not marketing copy — a personal guarantee from the person who builds and maintains every Dispatch installation. Let me know if it isn't working for you within the first 90 days, and I'll shut it off and refund your entire purchase. No questions asked. Most VA contracts don't offer refunds at all. This one does.

What clients are saying

"This is incredible! I'm surprised what a good assessment my agent makes every morning. And it was so fast that it was setup and running. I'm definitely going to be adding more integrations in the future. Thank you, Geode!"

Questions

Everything you'd ask
on a call. Answered.

What exactly is the "second brain" — how does memory work? +

Dispatch builds a searchable memory of your email history as it reads. You can ask it plain-language questions — "what did Joe say about the contract last month?", "which meetings have I flagged for follow-up?", "what's the history with this client?" — and it searches your actual business context to answer. The longer it runs, the more it knows.

Can it delete or send emails for me? +

Yes and no. By default, all models start with read-only access. Dispatch reads, classifies, and reports. It runs in dry-run mode first — showing you exactly what it would do before it does anything. You approve or decline every action. Automated capabilies exist for pro and enterprise clients.

Which email providers does it work with? +

Gmail today. Outlook is in development. On a different IMAP-based provider? Ask — we can usually accommodate.

What does setup actually require from me? +

One 20-minute call. We connect your inbox, set your categories, run the first triage together, and you're live within 48 hours of kickoff. No software to install. No integrations to wrestle with. No IT department required.

How is this different from tools like SaneBox or Superhuman? +

Those are software products — you configure them yourself, they filter passively, and they have no memory. Dispatch is a managed service: I personally build and tune your setup, it actively learns your business context, and you can have a conversation with it about your email history. It's closer to hiring a VA than subscribing to an app.

What if I want to cancel? +

Send a message. The subscription stops on request. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no questions asked.

What if it just doesn't work for my business? +

You get your money back. That's the guarantee. No fine print, no negotiation. If anything isn't working in the first 90 days, let me know, and you'll receive a full refund with your cancellation.

Who's actually behind this? +

Geode Addams, founder of We Are The Galaxy. You're not buying SaaS — you're hiring a technical operator who personally builds, maintains, and tunes every installation. When something needs attention, you message me. Not a chatbot.
